This salad has become a standby. It quick, healthy and delicious. It is my teenage son’s favorite. I substituted cabbage for broccoli and that was great too.

we usually use grapeseed or canola, neutral oil is just any oil that doesn’t have a strong flavor (ie, don’t use coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil) :)
