Really delicious meal! I added a pice of toast as well as some mushrooms. Together it all turned into a healthy, delicious and filling breakfast! Definitely gonna make this again!

Yum! I used woolworth jarred pesto, sprinkled salt and chilli flakes on top and finished with a drizzle of honey. So Delicious! Great recipe. Will make my own pesto though next time.

I bet these eggs would be delicious with a little za’atar and sumac (if your za’atar blend doesn’t already have sumac) sprinkled on top.

Pesto would also be a delicious addition to eggs stewed in tomatoes and peppers which go by the names Piperade, Shakshuka, and Menemen (some additional pesto in the yogurt served with menemen would be really yummy).

This was so delicious and so easy. I just put them on buttered toast and shaved some Parmesan on top. It was amazing. I will definitely be making regularly.

hi, i usually buy the freshly made in-store grocery brand. just take a look at the ingredients, they should list: olive oil, pine nuts, parmesan, basil, and not much else. definitely grab the pesto that’s in the refrigerated section instead of the jarred section.

I’m in! love pesto in this, because I eat fried eggs just about every day, so I need some alt fried egg recipes and this works wonderfully, thank you!
